Naturism Frequently Asked Questions
Is membership of British Naturism compulsory for visitors?
Not until you decide to apply for membership.
Do I have to remove my clothes on arrival?
This is a myth that non-naturists believe, you will find the weather dictates when we take off our clothes if you are new to naturism you can wait until you feel comfortable about removing your clothes.
This usually comes naturally when others around you are naked.
What do I need to bring with me?
We recommend you bring two towels, a towel to sit on and another towel if you wish to go swimming or use the sauna. There are shops nearby in Carlisle where you can pick up anything you require.
